Lefkoşa’nın Küçük Kaymaklı bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren, Emlak Dünyası isimli iş yerinde meydana gelen patlamayla ilgili tutuklanan 39 yaşındaki Murat Şerifoğlu dün ek tutuklama talebiyle Lefkoşa’da mahkemeye çıkarıldı.
PAKET BIRAKILDIKTAN 12 DAKİKA SONRA PATLAMA YAŞANDI
Lefkoşa Adli Şube’de görevli polis çavuşu Mustafa Özmüezzin olguları aktararak, 8 gün ek süre talep etti. Polis, eski eşiyle ilişki yaşadığı, oğlu ile görüşmesini istemediği gerekçesiyle Hasan Efe’nin işletmecisi olduğu Lefkoşa’nın Küçük Kaymaklı bölgesinde bulunan Özker Özgür Caddesi üzerinde faaliyet gösteren, 5 Eylül 2023 tarihinde saat 22.35 sıralarında Emlak Dünyası isimli iş yerine plakası sökülmüş bir motosiklet ile giderek, iş yeri önüne bir paket bıraktıktan 12 dakika sonra patlama meydana geldiğini söyledi.
Polis, patlama sonucu iş yerinin kuzey kısmındaki vitrin camlarının kırılarak, dış ve iç duvarların ise yer yer delinerek hasar gördüğünü söyledi. Soruşturma kapsamında iş yeri sahiplerinin bilgisine başvurulduğunu kaydeden polis, Hasan Efe’nin 2 ay önce eski eşiyle ve çocuğuyla görüştüğü gerekçesiyle telefonla kendisini arayan zanlının “Çocuğumla görüşmeyeceksin” diyerek, uyardığını, tek şüphelendiği şahsın zanlı olduğunu söylediğini aktardı.
MOTOSİKLETİN KOÇANLARININ BİR KISMI BULUNDU
Polis çavuşu Özmüezzin, soruşturma amaçlı zanlının tutuklandığını ve iki kez mahkemeye çıkarılarak, hakkında toplam 6 gün tutukluluk emri alındığını belirtti. Polis memuru, bu süre içerisinde zanlının hem Lefkoşa’daki hem de Başpınar bölgesinde ara ara gittiği evde arama yapıldığını kaydetti. Polis, zanlının Başpınar bölgesindeki evinde yapılan aramada güvenlik kaydı cihazı ve olayda kullanılan motosikletin koçanlarının bir kısmı yanmış bir şekilde bulunduğunu açıkladı.
MURAT ŞERİFOĞLU EVİNDE PATLATICI MADDEDE KULLANILAN PİLLER BULUNDU
Polis Çavuşu Özmüezzin, zanlının Lefkoşa’daki evinde ise patlatıcı maddede kullanılan piller bulunduğunu açıkladı. Polis, yapılan araştırma sonucu olayda kullanılan motosikletin 1 Eylül 2023 tarihinde Güneşköy’de çalınan motosiklet olduğunu belirlediklerini açıkladı. Polis, toplam 27 ifade aldıklarını ve birçok güvenlik kamerası kaydı incelediklerini söyledi. Polis çavuşu, zanlının evinde bulunan kayıt cihazında aracından inip eve giderken, elinde olayda kullanılan motosikletin evraklarının olduğunun görüldüğünü açıkladı. Polis, olay yeri çevresi ve olay yerine giden güzergâhlara ait kamera kayıtlarında ise zanlının olaydan önce aracıyla olayda kullanılan motosikletin gittiği tüm güzergahları gezdiğini, yani keşif yaptığını söyledi.
PATLAMADA KULANILDIĞI DÜŞÜNÜLEN BİR ÇİFT ELDİVEN ELE GEÇİRİLDİ
Polis, ayrıca olay yerine gidiş güzergahı üzerinde zanlıya ait ve patlamada kullanıldığı düşünülen bir çift eldiven ele geçirildiğini açıkladı. Polis, olay yerinde bulunan bomba parçalarının, DNA testi için zanlıdan alınan kan örneği ile eldivenlerin polis memuru eşliğinde Türkiye’ye gönderildiğini ve bir polisin Türkiye’de sonuçları almak için beklediğini belirtti.
Polis çavuşu Özmüezzin, zanlının cep telefonu ile evinde bulunan kayıt cihazının Sosyal medya paylaşımlarının DATA İnceleme Şubesi’ne gönderildiğini, belirtti.
Polis çavuşu Özmüezzin, olayda kullanılan motosikletin halen bulunamadığını, soruşturmanın devam ettiğini, patlayıcı madeninin nevinin henüz tespit edilemediğini, incelenecek kamera görüntüleri, alınacak ifadeler olduğunu belirterek, zanlının 8 gün daha tutuklu kalmasını talep etti.
Huzurunda verilen şahadeti değerlendiren Yargıç Tutku Candaş, zanlının 8 gün süreyle tutuklu kalmasına emir verdi.
